5 tipos de nutrientes para evitar queda de cabelo

A queda de cabelo pode ter inúmeras causas: herança genética, alterações hormonais ou uso de certos medicamentos. Porém a influência da alimentação na saúde dos cabelos é um fato incontestável. Os alimentos que ingerimos diariamente devem fornecer os nutrientes necessários para o crescimento e fortalecimento dos fios.

A deficiência de vitaminas, minerais e proteínas pode deixar os fios frágeis, quebradiços, opacos e até mesmo precipitar uma queda prematura e em grande quantidade. O excesso das vitaminas também não é bem-vindo. Sabemos que o aumento da  vitamina A é uma causa de eflúvio (queda dos fios). Quando for percebida uma perda excessiva dos cabelos é importante procurar um profissional especializado, que esteja disposto a ouvir com cuidado suas queixas e considerá-las na construção de um diagnóstico e tratamento eficazes.

Para prevenir esse problema e garantir uma cabeleira saudável, forte e brilhante, uma boa alternativa é investir em uma alimentação variada e rica em vitamina B, C, E, H,  zinco, ferro, cromo e selênio. Confira alguns nutrientes que não podem faltar no seu cardápio e onde encontrá-los:

Selênio

O selênio é um mineral que desempenha uma função importante no organismo: por conta de seu alto poder antioxidante, ele fortalece o sistema imunológico e previne diversas doenças, além de regular a produção de hormônios e auxiliar na circulação sanguínea. Ele também protege o corpo contra a ação dos radicais livres, garantindo pele, cabelos e unhas mais fortes e bonitos. O selênio pode ser encontrado em:

  • castanha do pará;
  • grãos como trigo, arroz e milho;
  • peixes e frutos do mar;
  • aves;
  • fígado.

Zinco

O zinco tem múltiplas utilidades no organismo: ele protege contra vírus e bactérias, controla o excesso de secreção na pele e cabelos, impede a perda de colágeno e elastina e ajuda a controlar a queda de cabelos e os efeitos dos radicais livres. O zinco também contribui para o crescimento do cabelo e das unhas. Boas fontes de zinco são:

  • amêndoas;
  • frango;
  • carnes magras;
  • ostras.

Vitamina A

O consumo de vitamina A estimula o crescimento dos cabelos e o fortalecimento dos fios, além de fortalecer o sistema imunológico. A vitamina A está presente em:

  • abacate;
  • abóbora;
  • cenoura;
  • mamão;
  • fígado. 

Vitamina C

A vitamina C tem o papel de proteger o cabelo da poluição, fumaça de cigarro e radiação do sol, agressões diárias que podem danificar a estrutura dos fios e torná-los ressecados e sem brilho. A vitamina C pode ser encontrada em:

  • frutas como mamão, morango, kiwi, goiaba, acerola;
  • tomates;
  • vegetais crus, como repolho, cebola e pimentão.

Vitamina E

A vitamina E é essencial para manter a saúde e prevenir a queda de cabelo, já que é um poderoso antioxidante que combate a ação dos radicais livres, beneficiando também a pele e as unhas. Boas fontes de vitamina E são:

  • verduras como alface, agrião, espinafre e couve;
  • óleos vegetais;
  • ovos;
  • sementes de girassol;
  • soja;
  • banana;
  • carnes;
  • oleaginosas.
